We came 3rd in the UK in the category of Under 20,000 visitors a year. Judges were looking for visitor safety and experience, together with the efficiency and attitudes of employees. Facilities were also closely judged; looking at the general layout, range of facilities including parking and toilets and the welfare of animals.
